Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AgentForce Sales Cloud Tech Lead to drive innovation, architecture, and seamless delivery of Salesforce Sales Cloud and AgentForce solutions for enterprise-scale clients. This is a solo, client-facing role requiring exceptional communication skills and deep technical expertise.
Responsibilities
Oversee application support, enhancements, and production for AgentForce solutions integrated with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
Lead design, architecture, and technical solutioning for scalable Salesforce environments, including:
Scenario planning and customer journey mapping
System flow design and solution prototyping
Configuration, testing, and user training
Translate business requirements into robust technical implementations on the AgentForce platform, ensuring best practices and alignment with business goals.
Mentor and guide development teams, conducting code reviews and fostering growth.
Define and manage the technical roadmap for Salesforce and AgentForce, staying updated with platform innovations and driving continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales Cloud and AgentForce.
Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST/SOAP integrations, and Salesforce deployment best practices.
Strong background in manufacturing or telecom domains.
Experience leading production support, architecture, and enhancements for Salesforce environments.
Ability to manage onshore/offshore teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for direct client engagement.
