Job Details

Senior Software Developers for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop, design, code, test, debug, document, modify, deploy, and migrate applications, programs, views, indexes. Confer with business partners regarding systems requirements. Review business environments, IT alternatives, present and future state. Perform scripting and querying, dependency analysis for object migration within data ecosystem, execute ad-job jobs, craft mappings, establish source and target tables, create test plans and transformations, schedule jobs, design cache database, identify data sources. Analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Use Teradata, SQL, BTEQ, TPT, Informatica, AWS, Azure, Unix, Shell, Autosys, MapReduce, Cloudera, Hadoop, Hive, Impala, PySpark, Scala, Jira, BitBucket, Artifactory, Ansible, JIL, ETL, Spark, HDFS, ServiceNow, Python, GitHub, Jenkins, uDeploy, SSIS. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience performing deployment, migration, querying; developing views, indexes, tables; reviewing requirements; working with databases; identifying data sources; using SQL, AWS, Azure, MapReduce, ETL, Python, GitHub, Jenkins, SSIS. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.
