Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Architect with extensive experience in machine learning and analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in model development, data analysis, and AI/ML technologies, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights and deploy effective analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Interpretation & Analysis:

• Gather, interpret, and manipulate structured and unstructured data to build analytical solutions that meet business needs.

Model Development & Execution:

• Develop and validate machine learning models, selecting appropriate techniques based on data limitations, business applications, and industry requirements.

Business Consultation & Communication:

• Translate business requirements into specific analytical questions, develop ML models, and present outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Work closely with data engineering, IT, and business teams to deploy and integrate analytical solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

• Stay updated with emerging trends in data quality management, AI/ML technologies, and data profiling, ensuring competitive and innovative solutions.

Data Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and legal guidelines for data privacy and quality in collaboration with data governance teams.

GenAI Use Case Development:

• Identify GenAI use cases across various business scenarios and propose AI-driven solutions.
• Leverage GenAI technologies, including Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced AI-driven problem-solving

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Master s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Operational Research, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years focused on data science, machine learning, and quantitative analytics.
• Strong expertise in building and validating statistical and machine learning models, including:
  • Regression, Classification, Time-Series Forecasting, NLP, Deep Learning, Graph Analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with ML platforms such as Domino Data Lab, AWS SageMaker, Snowflake (preferred).
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau and data frameworks such as Hadoop.
