SAP BPC Lead Consultant

Position: SAP BPC Lead Consultant Location: Houston TX (hybrid) Duration: 12+ months
Job Description:

Our direct client has an immediate need for a BPC Lead consultant. Local to Houston is preferred, as 3 days a week onsite is required. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 10 years SAP BPC Consolidation experience and a 4-year college degree with a specialization in Accounting OR CPA or CPA equivalent from another country.

Technical & Industry Experience

• 10 years of SAP BPC Consolidation experience (must)
• Experience in leading / implementing multiple BPC Consolidation projects
• Experience in Annual Operating Plan, Rolling Forecast etc. in BPC
• Experience in production support of BPC (handling tickets, fixing systems issues)
• + Project Management experience with ability to manage the A&F stakeholders
• + Consulting experience with large Consulting company is a plus
• Business Process Knowledge in Finance & Accounting
• Excellent knowledge of financial consolidation process
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting for SEC, US Tax and internal management purposes
• Experience in integrating acquired entities (M&A) into financial reporting system
• Current hands-on experience in BPC (Must be doing this within last 6 months)
• Experience with BPC NetWeaver Version
• Hands on Experience to design and implement the data load from different source ERP system including SAP to data warehouse (SAP BW) and /or financial reporting systems
• Excellent knowledge of Dimension Management, Data Modelling (Applications), Script Logics, Business Rules, Intercompany Eliminations, US Eliminations and DM Packages
• Expert level knowledge of SAP BPC EPM Reporting - Report Editor, EPM Report Functions
• Experience in End User Training
• Integration of SAP FI/CO and BPC (including Transaction type, trading partner)
• Some Technical Experience
