Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite/Hybrid preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong hands-on experience in Python, Selenium, and Playwright. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in leading QA teams, designing automation frameworks, and driving end-to-end testing strategies in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA team in planning, execution, and delivery of testing activities.

  • Design and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Playwright.

  • Develop and execute automated and manual test cases to ensure high-quality releases.

  • Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and business teams to ensure quality at every stage of SDLC.

  • Conduct code reviews for test automation and provide mentorship to junior QA engineers.

  • Drive CI/CD integration of test automation using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

  • Track and report QA metrics, defects, and release readiness.

Required Skills:

  • 14+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.

  • Strong expertise in Python for scripting and automation.

  • Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright.

  • Solid understanding of API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
