A SaaS company based in Rosslyn, VA, is looking for a full-time Senior Software Engineer to help develop its evaluation platform. Their tech powers a distributed system used by over 900 U.S. government agencies to assess and adopt emerging innovations. This is a hands-on engineering role with a focus on Java, Spring, AWS, and front-end practices.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong experience with Spring or Spring Boot
- Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Comfortable with distributed systems and microservices
- Strong communication skills and team mindset
- Front-end experience (Angular 2+)
- Experience with AWS
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling
- Knowledge of ElasticSearch
