Title: SAP CCO Support
Role Type : Remote or Orlando (Local)
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in SAP CCO support and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP system administration, configuration, and customization.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP CCO users requiring technical assistance.
Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve SAP CCO system-related issues promptly.
Configuration: Install, configure, and customize SAP CCO systems according to business requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
Upgrades and Patches: Participate in the evaluation and implementation of SAP software upgrades and patches.
Documentation: Maintain a record of all technical issues and solutions to develop a comprehensive knowledge base.
