Position: SAP Delivery/Project Manager Location: Corona CA (Hybrid) Duration: Full Time

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery/Project Manager to lead and manage complex SAP projects, ensuring successful delivery and high client satisfaction. You ll oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to go-live focusing on SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Please note: This is not a purely directional level or strategic role. We are looking for someone who can engage directly with clients to understand their expectations, and who is also willing to be hands-on when required. This is a mid-senior level position, and we are not considering candidates who have only worked in isolated parts of a project.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing end-to-end implementations and be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously for the same client similar to the responsibilities of a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP and S/4HANA project delivery (timelines, resources, budgets)
Collaborate with clients to align project outcomes with business goals
Manage and mentor cross-functional SAP project teams
Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery following best practices
Mitigate risks and handle project changes proactively
Drive efficiency and innovation in SAP solution delivery

Preferred Skills:

Deep knowledge of SAP and S/4HANA solutions
Experience with Ariba and IBP is a plus
Strong project management and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of end-to-end SAP implementation success
