Job Title: SAP FICO Specialist S/4HANA Finance (GL, AR, Fixed Assets)
Location: Denver, CO 3 Days Hybrid (Travel may be considered)
Duration: 12 Months
Type: Contract (Only Independent Consultants No C2C via 3rd Parties)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Specialist to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules specifically General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, and Fixed Assets for a high-visibility finance transformation project. The ideal candidate must have strong functional expertise and should be capable of leading workshops, system design, integration, and documentation efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead full-cycle implementation of SAP Accounts Receivables and Fixed Assets

    • Conduct and facilitate Design Workshops using Mural

    • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

    • Configure and implement AR/FA with seamless integration to General Ledger

    • Integrate SAP with third-party systems like Kyriba

    • Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and RICEFW specs

    • Provide post-go-live support and training to end users

    • Ensure testing, validation, and change management processes are in place

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • 12 15 years of SAP Finance experience, with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA Finance (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting)

    • Experience with SAP FICO integration with Kyriba (preferred)

    • Proven track record of leading workshops and client-facing discussions

    • Must be able to prepare pre-read materials, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items

    • Ability to work independently and drive design activities with clients

    • Strong documentation skills: FDDs, functional specs, RICEFW

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    Certifications (Preferred):

    • SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification highly desirable

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field

    • Master's preferred

    Other Requirements:

    • Must be open to working onsite 3 days/week in Denver, CO

    • Flexible to travel to client location if needed
