Job Details

Job Description: (Note: W2 Position)

  • Manage solution design from conception to delivery

  • Produce architecture documentation for business applications

  • Maintain First Horizon s Systems Documentation Inventory

  • Collaborate with lines of business, delivery teams, and SMEs for technical requirements

  • Design components and interactions for solution architectures

  • Collaborate with Data, Security, Infra, Cloud, DevOps teams

  • Lead solution design workshops and POCs

  • Validate third-party/vendor solutions

  • Align IT strategy with business goals and objectives

  • Advise and collaborate with technology leaders

  • Ensure delivered solutions align with architectural standards, principles, and patterns

  • Collaborate with development teams on technical debt initiatives

  • Ensure Salesforce and integrated systems meet quality and performance standards

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field

  • 2+ years of Salesforce architecture experience

  • 4+ years of Salesforce app development experience

  • 7+ years of software engineering/application development experience

  • Technical documentation skills (interaction diagrams, process diagrams, network topologies)

  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Salesforce Certified Developer and/or Architect

  • Knowledge of Apex and one or more languages (C#, Java, Go, Node)

  • Understanding of application security principles (e.g., OWASP)

  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms (IBM ESB, WSO2)

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux/Windows OS, networking principles

  • Experience with modern DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

  • Familiarity with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure)
