We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients.

Job summary:

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Infrastructure Platform Support Engineer with experience in cloud environments and Generative AI platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the infrastructure that powers our cutting-edge GenAI applications. This role involves close collaboration with DevOps, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure a reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant AI infrastructure. You ll play a critical part in the deployment, monitoring, and support of AI/ML models and services running in production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end support for our Generative AI platform infrastructure, including monitoring, incident resolution, and performance optimization.
• Work with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure robust deployment pipelines and high platform availability.
• Optimize AI/ML model performance and scalability for production workloads.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cloud services (AWS/Azure/OpenShift), Kubernetes (EKS), and AI services.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Automate operational tasks and test fault-tolerance scenarios using scripting tools (Python/Shell).
• Support platform users by resolving queries, documenting solutions, and improving system transparency.
• Track and enhance system observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting best practices.
• Maintain documentation of procedures, troubleshooting steps, and known issues for internal use.
• Stay current with trends in GenAI, cloud computing, and infrastructure engineering.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure/platform support or DevOps roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud services on AWS or Azure.
• Proficient in using Terraform for cloud resource provisioning.
• Solid experience with Python and Shell scripting for automation and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with OpenAI technologies and managing GenAI services in cloud environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes (preferably EKS) and container-based deployments.
• Good knowledge of SQL/Postgres for database operations and monitoring.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and infrastructure pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience supporting or provisioning Generative AI cloud services on AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of MLOps and monitoring frameworks in AI pipelines.
• Exposure to OpenShift container platforms and hybrid cloud deployments.

  • Contract Rate: $50/hr. on W2 (No C2C)
