Opportunity Overview:

iSphere is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Support Specialist for a short-term contract in the Richmond, TX area. This role will support both student and business operations by entering and maintaining critical data in various systems. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to follow instructions precisely while performing basic troubleshooting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Information Support:

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into the Student Information System (SIS)

  • Follow detailed instructions to maintain student records and ensure system accuracy

  • Collaborate with school staff to validate and update student data as needed

Business System Support (Informed K12):

  • Maintain data and user records within the Informed K12 platform

  • Support updates as employees change roles or departments within the district

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and system navigation as issues arise

  • Ensure workflows and access permissions are properly configured and up to date

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Experience with data entry, record management, or school administrative systems preferred

  • Comfortable working with web-based platforms like Informed K12 (training provided)

  • Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently

  • Experience in an educational or administrative environment a plus
