As a Quality Assurance Specialist Sr within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

This role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality, reliable and complaint test data across the enterprise. They will be expected to work cross functionally with the delivery teams to ensure they have the right data by analyzing data requirements, profiling systems, and facilitating data provisioning align to the organizations Test Data Management (TDM) standards and policies.

Key Responsibilites:
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Development Engineers, and business stakeholders to understand test data requirements for testing projects and enterprise initiatives.
- Perform data discovery, profiling, and gap analysis across complex and integrated systems
- Identify and design test data sets to meet functional, non-function, and compliance needs
- Support analysis, assessment, and onboarding of applications into the Test Data Management ecosystem
- Participate in formal review of designs, business, and system requirements
- Provision test data in non-production environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve test data issues
- Support automation and integration in release pipelines for test data provisioning
- Develops clear documentation to ensure transparency and auditability

Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Experience with TDM Tooling (Informatica TDM, Delphix, IBM Optim, Broadcom TDM, GenRocket, TDspora)
- Strong understanding of data masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation techniques
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, FFIEC, SOX)
- Familiarity with Python is preferred
- Experience in Enterprise Testing functions
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies

Job Description
  • Leads and reports on reviews and tests of software systems and products to verify compliance with applicable specifications and standards.
  • Leads the effort to work with software developers to resolves issues of incompliance through system modification, reconfiguration or workarounds. Establishes objectives for testing cycles. Develops test scenarios for unit, process, function, integration and acceptance testing .
  • Leads the team in planning and estimating quality assurance support requirements for new products, new functions and new components. Leads audits and reviews .
  • Oversees and leads the efforts to monitor adherence to quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep of software products. Monitors effectiveness of the assurance process and tools .
  • Oversees the tracking of quality assurance metrics such as defect density and open defect counts. Oversees team members responsible for testing and inspection of products to determine compliance with specifications .

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 - $112,700.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
