Job Details
We are seeking an Organizational Design & Change Management SME to support the restructuring of our client s organizational model and guide agency-wide change management and communications activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess current organizational structure and recommend improvements.
- Define supervisory, managerial, and job-family relationships aligned to mission and functions.
- Lead development of communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training materials.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and adoption sessions across transportation districts.
- Support career-ladder design and workforce-planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Organizational Development, HR, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
- Prosci Change Management, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in organizational design or HR transformation.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; experience leading workshops with executive stakeholders.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in state or local government HR modernization projects.
- Knowledge of Human Resource Management policies, telework frameworks, and workforce-planning principles.
