You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of O365 / Office Apps initiatives.

This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity but some travel may be required.

The client operates multiple hubs across the U.S., so flexibility with different time zones is important.

We cannot consider candidates who require visa sponsorship or C2C arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing complex enterprise environments.
  • Conduct standard product workshops and training sessions.
  • Lead in-depth product reviews and whiteboard (chalk talk) sessions.
  • Perform health checks and assessments.
  • Conduct post-operational reviews of product implementations.
  • Assess product upgrades and migrations.
  • Review systems performance.
  • Ensure M365 Copilot readiness.
Act as the primary technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support, and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues raised to the highest levels of management.

Required Experience:
  • Expertise in O365 Office Apps including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in a support or consulting role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office deployment and management with SCCM.
  • Experience with Office deployment on macOS using AppStore or MDM.
  • Support with Intune/MECM/SCCM Deployments and Modern Management of Applications.
  • Advanced/expert level administration and troubleshooting of the O365 Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in handling and articulating customer critical issues in high-stress situations.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft enterprise software product offerings.
  • Awareness of corporate environments and their business requirements.
  • Ability to apply knowledge to improve Microsoft products and the customer experience.
  • 5 years of experience in software support, secure infrastructure, IT consulting, or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience working with enterprise customers in technical readiness, delivery support services, on-premises and remote technical support, solution development, account management, technical requirements gathering, and broad evangelism through events.
  • Experience with Group Policy Management, Intune Policy Management, and Cloud Policy Management.
  • Understanding of ITIL/Service Management, PROSCI, Six Sigma, or other project management methodologies.
  • Risk analysis and remediation planning.

BA/BS degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent in experience computer science.
  • 3 years or more of experience with Microsoft Office deployment and management.
  • 3 years or more of experience supporting Microsoft Office client applications (features and troubleshooting).

Preferred/Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with M365/O365 Web Apps, Admin Center, and other M365/O365 products such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Sway, Bookings, Forms, or Planner.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory and Group Policies for Azure AD or Office Apps.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, troubleshooting, and tools like Fiddler and NetMon.
  • Support with Exchange migrations for Outlook, calendaring, and mailbox management.
  • Support with SharePoint migrations, assisting with OneDrive and SharePoint site access via Office apps; Office client-server integration.
  • Support with Teams migrations and add-in migrations and troubleshooting of Office web apps.
  • Support with Power BI migrations and modernizing Access databases.
  • Experience with Power Automate, including creating and enhancing automation protocols.

The base salary range for this position is $ 118,647 - $177,970, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.

Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
