About this Position:
Job Title: Documentation Specialist
Education:
  • Associates degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination (education/experience).
Experience:
  • Two (2) years' experience in preparing technical documentation, including conducting research in specific technology, information systems, and communications specialties.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and participate in the collection, interpretation, writing, and dissemination of technical documentation in support of communications and information systems projects.

  • Establish procedures for data acquisition and administration.

  • Translate technical information into clear, readable documents for use by both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Write and edit procedural manuals for users.

  • Create and maintain online tutorials and learning materials.
