Job Details
Piper Companies is seeking a Salesforce Developer for an established financial services company. This is a full-time/permanent position and is hybrid (3 days a week) in Wayne, PA.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, configuration, and customization of Salesforce applications under the guidance of senior developers.
Collaborate with the Salesforce team to support day-to-day platform operations and user requests.
Participate in ongoing system enhancements and integration projects.
Work closely with business partners to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business goals.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of technical solutions.
Qualifications:
Approximately 1 year of hands-on Salesforce development experience, ideally coming from a Salesforce Admin background.
Strong communication skills; ability to clearly explain technical concepts during interviews and in daily work.
Industry background is flexible - success in the role depends more on skills and adaptability than domain experience.
Compensation:
Annual Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 based on experience, bonus eligibility
