Our client is seeking a results-driven Security Service Technician to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role involves servicing and supporting existing customers through scheduled service calls, small projects, and customer support programs.
Responsibilities
- Respond to routine and emergency service calls
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair security systems
- Install and support access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems
- Complete detailed service reports for invoicing and job tracking
- Travel locally to job sites; minimal overnight travel may be required
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience or trade school equivalent
- Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure
- Advanced technical skills in fire alarm and electronic security systems
- Proven troubleshooting and programming ability
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude; comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to manage multiple service needs simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Field service experience
- CCTV: Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, Lenel
- Access Control: AMAG, Lenel, Genetec, Software House (CCURE), S2, RS2, Avigilon
- Intrusion: DMP, Bosch
