There's currently a Service Desk Analyst opportunity available with a growing company in St. Cloud, MN. This will be on-site 100% in St. Cloud, MN and start as a 6 month contract to hire. Hoping for candidates with a flexible schedule as the client solidifies a shift. Planning for 36-40 hours of work per week. Open to individuals with a variety of IT experiences. - 1-2 years of IT experience (i.e service desk, hardware depot, desktop support)
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite (versions 2013 and 2016) and email systems, Microsoft operating systems including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, Server 2012 & Server 2016, & working knowledge of network protocols and network devices including hubs, switches, routers and firewalls.
- Strong interpersonal skills are a MUST.
- Exposure to Point of Sales Systems (even outside of an IT role) - they operate on NCR products.
Description
The primary focus is to provide timely, professional technical support to end users for issues and questions related to applications, computer, network, telecom, and point of sale systems. This individual is responsible for managing Help Desk tickets from initial contact through resolution, including the escalation of tickets to other team members, as necessary. This position is expected to follow up with end users appropriately throughout the communication and resolution process. Candidates will support internal users as well as users within their store and retail locations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
