- Strong technical competence in use of the following tools:
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- MS Teams & Planner/Tasks
- SharePoint
- Strong expertise in the following skill stacks:
- System security engineering and/or secure software development
- Deriving engineering requirements from policy and/or regulatory requirements
- Demonstration of the following behavioral competencies:
- Delivering results as an individual and as a team
- Respect for peers and customers
- Customer service and relationship management
- Ability to understand both the individual and group role, recognize when problems impact other roles, and collaborate with group leadership as well as other impacted roles to solve complex problems
