Senior Fullstack Developer (Rust Preferred)

Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Rust or demonstrate exceptional proficiency in at least two other backend languages, such as Node.js, Python, C++, C, C#, Java, or Go. This position requires a developer who is not only skilled in backend development but also competent in frontend technologies, capable of delivering end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for the telecommunications industry, with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to mid-level and junior developers.
- Continuously research and implement modern technologies to enhance our products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Rust development, or senior-level proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Node.js, Python, C++, C, C#, Java, Go.
- Understanding of C++ is highly regarded, as it is the closest language to Rust.
- Proven track record of fullstack development, with a portfolio of projects that demonstrate skills in both frontend and backend development.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
