Job Details

Alldus International are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to work with an elite ServiceNow partner and support their ongoing projects focusing on HRSD and WSD.
Responsibilities

  • Business Process Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements, with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) on the ServiceNow platform.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • ServiceNow Implementation:
    • Lead the design and implementation of HRSD solutions, specifically within the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module on the ServiceNow platform.
    • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to align with HRSD and WSD requirements.
    • Requirements Gathering:
      • Work closely with HR teams to gather and document business requirements for HRSD and WSD.
      • Translate business needs into actionable ServiceNow configurations and enhancements.
      • Process Optimization:
        • Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in HR service delivery.
        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimized workflows across the organization.
        • Stakeholder Collaboration:
          • Engage with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, and other relevant departments, to align solutions with organizational goals.
          • Foster strong relationships with business partners to ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
          • Training and Knowledge Transfer:
            • Provide training to end-users on HRSD and WSD processes within the ServiceNow platform.
            • Transfer knowledge to internal teams to enable them to support and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
            • Documentation:
              • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HRSD and WSD configurations, processes, and workflows.
              • Document best practices and guidelines for ServiceNow implementation within the HR domain.
              • Continuous Improvement:
                • Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features and updates, particularly those related to HRSD and WSD.
                • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR service delivery processes.

                • Qualifications

                  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
                  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant.
                  • Proven track record of HRSD implementation, with specific recent experience in the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module on ServiceNow.
                  • Experience customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet HR service delivery requirements.


                  Certifications (Preferred):

                  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Human Resources (CIS-HR).
                  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Service Mapping.
