Alldus International are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to work with an elite ServiceNow partner and support their ongoing projects focusing on HRSD and WSD.
Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements, with a focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
ServiceNow Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of HRSD solutions, specifically within the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module on the ServiceNow platform. Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to align with HRSD and WSD requirements. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with HR teams to gather and document business requirements for HRSD and WSD. Translate business needs into actionable ServiceNow configurations and enhancements. Process Optimization: Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in HR service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimized workflows across the organization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, and other relevant departments, to align solutions with organizational goals. Foster strong relationships with business partners to ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to end-users on HRSD and WSD processes within the ServiceNow platform. Transfer knowledge to internal teams to enable them to support and maintain ServiceNow solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HRSD and WSD configurations, processes, and workflows. Document best practices and guidelines for ServiceNow implementation within the HR domain. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features and updates, particularly those related to HRSD and WSD. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR service delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant.
- Proven track record of HRSD implementation, with specific recent experience in the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module on ServiceNow.
- Experience customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet HR service delivery requirements.
Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Human Resources (CIS-HR).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Service Mapping.
