Seeking a Non IT Manager for hybrid contract opportunity with my direct client in Richfield MN to manage the process of new carpet and countertop installation .

2) New carpet installation Project Management/coordinator
Location: Richfield MN ,Need local consultants for hybrid office work 3 days a week, some travel no more than 3-5 days a month.
Project Description:
- Own Countertop and other replacement programs within facility department. Update multi-team function store tracker of overall portfolio health and work cross functionally on project and budget updates.

Skills Overview:
Communication, Excel, Budgeting. 1-2 years project-based experience helpful.
Direct facility, construction or other like trade experience.
Progress tracking ,request for change,reporting work quality ,Communication to the main office
