Project Manager Demand Planning System Implementation
is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a global IT project focused on implementing a new demand planning system within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Division. This high-impact role will coordinate cross-functional teams across Europe and the U.S., working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of the demand planning system implementation.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to drive project milestones.
- Keep senior manufacturing executives engaged and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support program governance, change management, KPI tracking, and financial reporting.
- Maintain documentation, coordinate key meetings, and follow through on action items.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced project manager with a background in IT and managing Supply Chain/Manufacturing projects.
- Able to absorb information quickly, navigate fast-paced environments, and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communicator with the people skills and executive presence to drive alignment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Project and other standard PM tools.
- Experience in larger pharma or manufacturing environments is a plus. Ideally would have pharma experience
