Location: Pomona, CA
Salary: $80.00 USD Hourly - $85.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Agile Scrum Master
Responsibilities:
Provide Agile coaching and support to Scrum Masters across 30 teams.
Facilitate and guide teams through the design/build phase of projects.
Assist in the delivery of two current releases, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.
Conduct a series of coaching sessions to enhance the skills and performance of Scrum Masters.
Develop and implement a comprehensive playbook and training program for teams to follow.
Engage hands-on with teams, providing practical support and guidance rather than taking a passive role.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master with Agile coaching experience.
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple teams and projects.
Strong Agile certifications and Scrum certifications
Experience in both Agile methodologies and project management.
Ability to work onsite in Pomona, CA once a week every Thursday, with flexibility for additional days as needed.
Industry agnostic, with the ability to adapt to various project types and environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Deliverables:
Assist and deliver a playbook and training program for teams to follow.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
