Job Details
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years leading diverse IT projects, including direct team management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent planning tools, and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio).
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) system enhancements, particularly Lawson or similar.
- Experience with IT infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, Wi-Fi rollouts, and system integrations.
- Experience with cybersecurity uplift programs and data governance project execution.
- Experience in a foundational technical IT role (e.g., development, infrastructure, or IT operations).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities for effective stakeholder and team engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on daily leadership to IT project teams, driving alignment with key business objectives.
- Architect and maintain detailed project blueprints, defining scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Direct the execution of varied technology initiatives like ERP modifications, network build-outs, and security enhancements.
- Actively monitor and manage project variables including risks, financial allocations, scope, and timelines.
- Lead productive project team sessions to establish clear objectives, define requirements, and monitor progress.
- Generate essential project artifacts such as charters, risk assessments, process diagrams, and progress updates.
- Develop and implement communication strategies and training programs to ensure successful project outcomes.
