Description: Our client is currently seeking a Deputy Program Manager. This is a permanent, direct hire role with a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Support Federal Program Managers with emphasis on USEPA Superfund Program.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage technical phases of environmental remediation projects.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Interface with clients, regulatory authorities, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Leverage technical expertise to secure new Federal clients and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, engineering, or geologic sciences.
- Advanced degree in relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 8 years managing complex environmental projects, preferably under USEPA.
- Federal government contract experience and client relations expertise.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Professional registration (PE, PG, PMP) in the environmental field.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in environmental consulting or related field.
- Requires U.S. Citizenship due to the nature of the projects.
