Job Title: Full Stack Solution Architect (.NET, Java, Azure, SharePoint, Kendo UI)

Location: Atlanta,GA - (Hybrid - Local Candidates Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in system analysis, design, development, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of security principles, architectural styles (e.g., microservices, monolithic, client-server), and design patterns.
  • Expertise in test automation tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supervising technical teams and managing resource planning.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with third-party software vendors and service providers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise, guide, and mentor technical staff in project execution and task assignments.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and allocating team resources for project delivery.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements; develop work/project plans accordingly.
  • Provide project leadership by coordinating systems integrity, communication, and project structure.
  • Collaborate with users, vendors, and programmers to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Oversee system installations, provide user training, and ensure operational support.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules; assign responsibilities and track progress.
  • Participate in software development, systems analysis, design, and solution implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, documentation, and communication to stakeholders.
