Job Details

Looking for a Level I/II Help Desk Support with at least 4-7 years of experience providing phone support on hardware and software issues for global users.   Must be proficient with Active Directory, Windows 10, & Office 365.   Support PC and MAC hardware, printers, and mobile devices.   Strong working knowledge of networking, wireless, servers, telecomm and security concepts. 

Ideal individual will have a degree in Computer Science, Technical Certifications (MCSE, MCP, ITIL, A+) possess a "can do" attitude, and a willingness to provide the highest level of service.
