Job Title: Grafana / Observability Engineer
Location: Coppell, TX [OR] Jersey City, NJ [OR] Tampa, FL ( Choose Any 1 )
Hybrid: 3 days Onsite & 2 days REMOTE
Duration: 6 Months (CONTRACT TO HIRE)
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Experience with Grafana Cloud and observability tools
- Strong understanding of monitoring principles and large-scale system visibility.
- Experience in infrastructure automation and CI/CD integration.
- Ability to complement and extend an existing observability setup.
Description:
We're looking for a hands-on Observability Engineer with strong expertise in Grafana Cloud Enterprise to build and manage scalable monitoring solutions. You'll be key in configuring telemetry agents, improving system visibility, and supporting our CI/CD pipelines with modern observability practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Grafana Cloud Enterprise.
- Configure Alloy agents for metrics, logs, and traces.
- Monitor Linux/Windows servers and business apps.
- Build observability tools and dashboards from scratch.
- Integrate monitoring into CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
- Implement auto-instrumentation and fleet-level monitoring strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance monitoring practices.
