As the IT Senior Business Analyst, you will work to understand business needs and processes and to act as a partnered liaison between the business and IT Technical teams, providing knowledge and expertise to IT, business teams, and process owners in identifying opportunities for technology and supporting prioritization.
**This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in office per week. **

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the Corporate Compliance business and IT teams.
- Elicit and document business requirements, coordinating communication among business groups and IT technical teams.
- Partner with business and technical teams to drive consensus on the best solution to business problems and the delivery of new solutions and enhancements.
- Define tangible use cases that align desired technology output to commercial objectives.
- Recommend business process and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and IT technical teams.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of professional experience required.
- Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required.
- Functional understanding of Corporate Compliance processes and systems strongly preferred.
- Qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent strongly preferred.
- Experience with process mapping strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies preferred.
- Working in Azure ADO or Jira for requirements management preferred.
- UAT familiarity and writing test scripts strongly preferred.
- Experience implementing new SaaS platforms preferred.
- Power BI experience preferred.
