Job Description: Responsibilities:

  • 14+ years of IT experience in which 4+ years as technical Project Manager and earlier worked as Java Development
  • 8+ years of experience in Java/j2EE development
  • Across delivery teams, ensuring alignment with product vision and driving Agile ceremonies (PI planning, retrospectives, demos).
    Manages end-to-end program delivery, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and cross-team coordination.
    Supports backlog planning, release scheduling, and resolving team impediments to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Proficient in Release management and hyper care after the launch
  • Experience in eCommerce project management and mobile application development required
    Monitors delivery metrics, creates status reports, and drives continuous improvement across Agile teams.
    Requires 10+ years in Agile/Delivery Management, experience with SAFe or DevOps, and strong leadership in cross-functional environments.
  • PMP Certification is required
