Overview:
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is responsible for managing the communication and content strategy for email, text messaging, push notifications, message center inbox, and direct mail. Customers receive these communications throughout their shopping journey to provide information, inspiration, and assistance during product and service discovery, as well as support during the purchase and post-purchase stages. CRM ensures that customers receive relevant and timely messages. The effectiveness of these messages is tracked and measured to ensure that appropriate messages are delivered to the correct customer segments.
Communications may be intended for marketing purposes in the early stages of the shopping journey or they may be transactional. The team primarily focuses on transactional communications that customers receive at the time of product or service purchase and thereafter. For example, communications are generated for actions such as making a purchase or return, placing or canceling an order, scheduling repairs or deliveries, or enrolling in a subscription.
Responsibilities:
Partners from across the enterprise request new communications and updates to existing ones.
Understand the objectives, goals, and gaps of these requests in order to create communication solutions that meet their needs and the needs of our customers.
Collaborates with technical product owners, business teams, sometimes creative/copywriters, and operational partner teams to develop and deliver communications.
This role does not involve creative design, copywriting, or coding/communication development, but it is responsible for providing the requirements and instructions for implementing the communication strategy, as well as overseeing communication performance and analytical insights

Have a strong aptitude for critical thinking, active listening, connecting concepts, and problem solving
Be highly organized and detail oriented
Have ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for deliverables
Works independently yet leverages leader as necessary
Works well with others to gather inputs, ensure accuracy of inputs and transcribe requirements into actional documentation for development.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Be highly adaptable and flexible due to regular change and ambiguity
Works with data software and project management tools.
Be proficient in Excel
Have strong analytical skills to identify areas of strength and opportunity
Strong communication skills and high level of diplomacy.
The salary range for this role is $62,00-$85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
