Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform BTP, Gardner, IAS Development Engineer with 6+ years of technical experience in cloud-native application deployment, automation, and security. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS hyperscalers, SAP Converged Cloud (OpenStack), CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and container orchestration to ensure scalability, reliability, and security of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deploy cloud-native applications using Gardener, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts.
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, Chef.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ensuring smooth deployments.
• Monitor and optimize system performance using Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and logging tools like Splunk, Elasticsearch, Logstash.
• Configure and secure cloud networking with AWS VPCs, VNet, and Google VPC.
• Apply security best practices, including STIG-hardened containers and Hashicorp Vault for enhanced protection.
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell and Python to optimize workflows.
• Manage repository tools such as Artifactory and JFrog, ensuring efficient package management.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance SAP Converged Cloud-based solutions.
• Ensure database performance optimization using SAP HANA.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in platform development and cloud-native application deployment.
• Hands-on expertise in AWS hyperscalers, SAP Converged Cloud, and OpenStack.
• Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Chef) and automation tools.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, including ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, monitoring, and logging tools.
• Excellent scripting skills in PowerShell and Python.
• Security and compliance expertise, including STIG-hardened containers and Hashicorp Vault.
• Proficiency in Linux and RHEL OS.
