Job Details

Piper Companies is looking for a Help Desk Analyst on-site in the Radnor/Wayne area of PA .

Responsibilities for the Helpdesk Analyst:

Provide end-user support on-site resolving Hardware and Software issues

Work with Microsoft products including 365/Azure Active Directory

Provide support for outbound Sales Reps troubleshooting their iPads and iPhones Remotely

Ability to setup workstations and assists in A/V troubleshooting and support

***Ability to work 5 Days a week on-site***

Qualifications for the Helpdesk Analyst:

3+ years as a Service Desk Analyst ( Required )

Experience with PC/Laptop Setup/Decommissioning

Experience with of Office 365, Azure (Microsoft Products)

Skilled in utilizing ticketing systems for support resolution

Compensation/Benefits for the Helpdesk Analyst:

$30/hr (Long-Term 1-2 year W2 Contract)
