Consultant role is remote ( must be in the office at onboarding, remote after that).
Must be Native Japanese (read, write, speak Japanese). This is 4 months contract with possible extensions or option to hire.
Rate: $45-52/h on W2 DOE.

TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT ASSISTANT, Americas IT Department Bank Governance Unit
- Support the day-to-day activity of Bank Governance Unit in its Entrance & Exit Governance activities, providing watchful oversight on the various change(s) on the system applications and infrastructure.
APMO, as well as IT in the Non US Offices in Americas (Canada, Mexico, and Brazil), through close collaboration, the objective of which is to minimize impact on Bank customers, impact on Bank AML process, and impact on the status of compliance of Bank with the regulators in Americas Region as well as that in Japan.
- Providing support for the planning, execution, and management of projects assigned by the Head of Bank Governance Unit through Facilitation of various tasks such as progress tracking, issue tracking.
- Preparation of various reports and explanation materials
- Support the documentation of various plan documents, such as Strategy documents Project Plan documentation, executive summary document, etc.
- Providing support for the planning, execution, and management of ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Bank Governance Unit.
- Looking for Bilingual Candidate - Native Japanese speaker.
SKILLS:
- Required years of experience: 2+ years of hands-on IT administrative support experience.
- Strong Excel
- IT experience is desirable.
