Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr
  • The Sr/Lead .NET Azure Developer will lead the design and development of scalable and maintainable .NET applications.
  • This role involves writing clean and well-documented code, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and refine requirements.
  • The developer will provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, optimize application performance, and maintain integrations with third-party systems.
  • Continuous learning and improvement of development practices are essential.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft .NET and Azure development.
  • Experience in application development.
  • Experience leading application development.
  • Experience with government enterprise application management and customization.
  • Clean, efficient coding practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience:
  • 8 years of recent experience with Microsoft .NET/Azure development.
  • 5 years of application development experience.
  • 2 years of application development lead experience.
  • Experience with government systems such as Accela or OpenGov (preferred).
Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and development of .NET applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to refine requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership to the development team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and improve development processes.
Should Have:
  • Local government experience (preferred).
Skills:
  • Strong experience with C#, , HTML, CSS, JavaScript, , Blazor.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
  • Understanding of SDLC models and design patterns.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
