RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Business Analyst II in Bellevue, WA.
Summary:
Our team is looking for a talented, motivated, and self-directed Business Analyst to join our team. As a BA, you will help support development of our team's metrics, reporting, and dashboards and work closely with the product and engineering teams to generate insights that will guide product development and execution for our customers.
Key Tasks:
* Develop and manage business metrics using SQL and Python and metrics reporting process and perform ad hoc data extraction and reporting requests
* Build WBR and MBR data metrics and dashboards for product and operations teams
* Generate actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards and deep dive analyses
* Analysis of data and metrics to identify trends and support decision making, including written and verbal presentation of results and recommendations
* Engage directly with leadership to recommend business intelligence solutions
* Model complex/abstract problems and discover insights using statistics, data mining, and visualization techniques
* Automate processes by developing deep-dive tools, UIs, metrics, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-4 years of experience
* AWS knowledge
* ETL (Extraction transformation and loading)
* SQL
* Power BI/Tableau
* Quicksight

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
