Position Title: Front-End Developer
Position Summary:
This role focuses on developing and maintaining the front-end (client-side) of applications-primarily web-based, but also mobile and responsive applications. The Front-End Developer is responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
User-Centered Design: Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements. Advocate for user-centric software solutions with empathy and insight. Solution Development: Design, develop, and deliver solutions using a variety of tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies. Architecture Alignment: Ensure development aligns with architectural guidelines for a unified and coherent approach. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions. UI/UX Prototyping: Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize new features. Participate in design reviews and product demos. Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct functional and UI automated testing to ensure high-quality development. Performance Optimization: Continuously improve application performance by fixing bugs, optimizing code, and implementing new technologies. Best Practices: Apply programming practices including cross-browser compatibility testing, SEO principles, and accessibility standards. UI Development: Build user-friendly, interactive experiences using enterprise brand standards and templates. Utilize technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React and Angular.
