Job Details
Location: onsite M-F for first 90 days; then it moves to a hybrid office schedule. Office is located in Tampa

MUST-HAVES:
- Previous experience working for an MSP
- Office 365 including 365 migrations
- File migrations to SharePoint
- VMware to Hyper-V conversions
- Server migrations; Server migration with azure is the most important. Don't need to build SaaS or app stuff within Azure. IaaS (Azure) experience is needed.
- Networking; connecting local environment to Azure
Responsibilities:
- Performs engineering design evaluations
- Provides technical escalation support and mentoring to help desk members after confirmation of escalation processes.
- Engage all Project Stakeholders on status of technical tasks completed and next steps.
- Collaboration with internal project team members regarding status, milestones, risks with assigned projects
