Contract Senior UX Writer
Duration: 3 months
Pay: $67/hr
Onsite in Seattle
I am working with a large e-commerce tech company and we are looking to hire Contract UX Writer to help client deliver innovative products. They are looking for a strong UX writing background, aren t afraid to dive deep and learn about devices, and care about even the smallest detail. You have the ability to breakdown complex user instructions into concise customer-friendly documentation.
Day to Day Rhythm:
- Will work 3-7 projects any given day
- Interacts with teams such as Legal, PMs, DPMs, provides content for new features, settings, and customer content that is both informative and educational.
- Ensuring accessibility is considered with respect to content.
- Localization (Character Count)
- Informing Interaction design
- Craft content for settings, features, and error message)
- Respond to Intake tickets
- Adhere to patterns for a consistent experience (design/style guide)
- Tools: MS word, Confluence, Google docs, Quip, Figma
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of UX writing
- 3+ years of UX writing from a devices background
- 5+ years with Localization (Character Count)
- 5+ years Informing Interaction design
