Description
We are looking for a skilled Change Management Project Manager to join our team in Holyoke, Massachusetts. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead organizational initiatives focused on aligning IT departments, technologies, and tools. The role involves assessing infrastructure and applications across various units while collaborating with hundreds of employees to identify their specific needs and ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with departmental staff to evaluate IT infrastructure and application needs.
Lead assessments to determine team alignments and required tools for technology optimization.
Develop and execute project plans that define roles and engagement strategies.
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure smooth organizational transitions.
Utilize Asana as the primary project management tool to track progress and manage tasks.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure alignment of IT resources and tools.
Provide change management expertise to support organizational initiatives.
Communicate effectively with leadership to present findings and recommendations.
Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met within scope and budget.
Facilitate workshops or meetings to gather input and promote collaboration across units.
Requirements
Proven experience managing projects in mid to large-sized organizations.
Strong communication skills, particularly with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Expertise in change management methodologies; certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools, with Asana preferred.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and applications, though hands-on technical work is not required.
Demonstrated ability to execute organizational change initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and align departmental needs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
