Skills:
Hands-on experience working with databases
Basic SQL proficiency (ability to write simple queries, joins, and filters)
Understanding of data schemas, tables, and relationships
D365 F&O
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for data-driven initiatives
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Manage project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or similar certification
