Exciting opportunity exists to enhance the Oracle presence for a valued Randstad customer! If you are 'All Things Oracle,' then this position may be that opportunity you have been searching for! Five plus years' experience in Oracle, including Oracle ERP EBS, OTM, CPQ, SCM, Fusion, OIC, EPM, BI, WMS and CAT+/WMS modules. Six to 12 month contract with extensions possible. Must be a team player and has strong communications skills.

responsibilities:
Functional knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
Has experience in Oracle WMS and Oracle OTM cloud applications
Trouble shooting skills in Integrations from Legacy and peripheral systems
Has understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) processes
Ability to work on production incidents using Service Now and JIRA (Atlassian tool)
Communication skills to work with end users
Understand the issue, documenting the resolution and perform root cause analysis.

qualifications:
The IT Operations Oracle Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Oracle databases and applications, ensuring their smooth operation and performance. This role involves troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and providing technical support to end-users. This IT professional will manage collaboration between the Randstad customer associates, Oracle, and the customer's managed services teams. They are responsible for provisioning, installing, upgrading, configuring, and maintaining the customer's Oracle applications. They will also be responsible for supporting the IT Operations Manager in documenting, updating, and publishing key Oracle processes and documentation.
Monitor and maintain Oracle applications to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, including performance tuning and query optimization.
Collaborate with development teams to implement database changes and enhancements.
Develop and maintain documentation for database configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
