Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultants (Multiple Roles)

Locations: Maryland, Virginia, Atlanta, Texas (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote options available)

Duration: 16+ months with possible extension

Open Positions: 9 roles across different Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules

Employment Type: Contractual/ Temporary, Full Time (Also open for any Part-Time)

Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Consultants with expertise across multiple modules to join our team. The ideal candidates will have 6–18+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations, support, and enhancements. These roles require strong functional knowledge, hands-on configuration skills, and the ability to manage security roles within the HCM environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements.
  • Configure and support modules including:
    • Core HR
    • Absence Management
    • Recruitment & Learning
    • Time & Labor
  • Manage HCM security roles and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for business users.
  • Work in onsite, hybrid, or remote models depending on project needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–18+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
  • Strong expertise in at least one or more HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Time & Labor).
  • Proven experience in HCM security role management.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Talent, and Workforce Management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team across onsite/hybrid/remote models.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in relevant modules.
  • Experience in multi-country rollouts and large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Knowledge of integration with third-party systems (Payroll, ERP, etc.).
  • Prior experience in supporting global HR operations.
