Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle RMS to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, with a focus on optimizing retail operations and merchandising processes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business requirements for Oracle RMS implementations and enhancements
  • Collaborate with merchandising, inventory, and supply chain teams to understand business processes
  • Configure and maintain Oracle RMS modules including item setup, pricing, and inventory management
  • Design and implement solutions for complex retail scenarios using Oracle RMS
  • reate detailed functional specifications and test cases
  • Provide support for integration between RMS and other retail systems
  • Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions and document results
  • Train end-users on RMS functionality and provide ongoing support
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes and merchandising operations
  • Experience with retail inventory management and supply chain processes
  • Proficiency in SQL and retail database structures
  • Knowledge of Oracle Retail integration points (e.g., RFID, POS, Finance)
  • Experience in creating functional and technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Create detailed functional specifications and test cases
