JOb Description




  • The Lead Business Analyst / Technical Architect will serve as a hybrid functional and technical leader for Oracle Cloud Payables and related customizations on Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP).



  • This role is responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical designs, overseeing end-to-end solution architecture, and ensuring high-quality delivery through design reviews, testing oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze, document, and validate business requirements in Oracle Cloud Payables and related financial modules.

  • Architect, design, and implement technical solutions leveraging Oracle Cloud Platform (including ATP, OIC, and extensions).

  • Review and guide development of technical components such as integrations, reports, and custom objects.

  • Conduct design walkthroughs, architecture validation, and code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices, scalability, and performance standards.

  • Define and oversee test scenarios, integrations testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for functional and technical workstreams.

  • Collaborate with Oracle Cloud functional teams, developers, and infrastructure resources to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and optimization of Payables configurations and custom extensions.

  • Drive continuous improvement in solution design and documentation standards.


Required Skills and Experience:


  • 12+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (preferably Payables, Procurement, or Financials).

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Payables functional processes and configurations.

  • Proficiency in technical frameworks including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ATP, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL/PLSQL.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing technical architecture for Oracle Cloud customizations and integrations.

  • Hands-on experience in performance tuning, debugging, and quality assurance.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

  • Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments
