RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a DIA-IT Asset Manager in Denver, CO.

Overview:
The IT Asset Management Analyst Associate position will be responsible for tracking the hardware in the Asset Management Software system(s) and physically move or coordinate the move of the hardware to the appropriate pre-determined locations. The IT Asset Management Analyst Associate will assist with transferring the physical inventory out of stock to the appropriate work location as well as moving the assets in the Asset Management Software system from inventory into the production environment. The IT Asset Management Analyst Associate position will assist with retrieving end of life hardware from the production environment and e-wasting the hardware by DEN standards. The IT Asset Management Analyst Associate position will also assist with software asset management duties which can include license allocation and harvesting, record updates, process improvements, and documentation.

The IT Asset Management Analyst Associate position will help draft and implement Standard Operating Procedures by creating a repeatable documented process for the Business Technologies Division. The IT Asset Management Analyst Associate position will be responsible for tracking the hardware and software in the Asset Management Software system(s). The IT Asset Management Analyst Associate position will participate in the creation and implementation of repeatable processes when efficiencies or new processes are identified.

Responsibilities:
* Logistics planning for all received hardware and adding asset into ServiceNow
* Data entry and data updates of asset information into Asset Management System databases (PCR360, ServiceNow, Excel, Maximo)
* Develop Standard Operating Procedure for Business Technologies Asset Management division
* Complete physical and virtual inspection on assets at DEN
* Assist with removal and disposal of e-waste hardware following Company Standards

REQUIREMENTS:
In addition to prior Asset Management experience, the ideal candidate will have experience in some or all of these areas:
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Experience in analyzing data, generating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders
* Project and Logistics Management: Skills in managing projects, timelines, and resources
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software tools and platforms used for asset management, such as databases, inventory management systems, and automation tools; Office 365 and ServiceNow experience a plus
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions
* Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Attention to Detail: Precision in tracking and managing assets to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends and best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
