Job Summary:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and custom development, as well as experience driving integrations and performance optimization.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Architecture: Design, architect, and implement scalable, secure, and robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational requirements.

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and translate them into technical ServiceNow solutions.

  • Custom Development: Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and business rules.

  • Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, coding guidelines, and ServiceNow best practices.

  • Performance Optimization: Identify and implement performance enhancements, scalability improvements, and optimizations for user experience.

  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices across ServiceNow implementations.

  • Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides; conduct training sessions for partners and end-users.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, trends, and capabilities, and proactively seek process improvements and innovative solutions.




Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow or enterprise architecture experience.

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.

  • Profound knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and other core modules.

  • Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules is a plus.

  • Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services) and strong understanding of SDLC processes.

  • Holds at least two mainline valid ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, Implementation Specialist).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
