Position: SAP Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Contract Duration: 6 Months (with potential extension)
Rate: $70 Per hour W2 + benefits

Top Skills Required

  1. SAP WM Implementation & Migration Experience

    • Must have hands-on experience in implementing or migrating to SAP Warehouse Management (WM).

    • Experience moving from a homegrown or legacy ERP system to SAP WM is highly preferred.

  2. Advanced Microsoft Project Expertise

    • Must be highly proficient in MS Project for planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

  3. Strong Presentation & Communication Skills

    • Ability to present project updates to leadership and stakeholders clearly and professionally.

Role Overview

The organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support an ongoing ERP migration initiative. This project involves transitioning from a homegrown ERP system to SAP Warehouse Management (WM), with potential exposure to EWM.

The ideal candidate is a technical PM with:

  • SAP conversion or migration experience (especially WM)

  • Experience with ERP-to-ERP migrations or WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder

  • Strong understanding of conversion processes, data migration, and integration

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the ERP migration project

  • Coordinate across technical, functional, and business teams

  • Drive planning, execution, risk management, and milestone tracking

  • Use MS Project extensively for detailed scheduling and project reporting

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress clearly

  • Understand financial aspects of project management

  • Ensure project governance, documentation, and quality standards are met

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Additional Notes

  • Preference for candidates located on or willing to work East Coast hours

  • Expected to work through at least April, with potential extension based on performance and future initiatives
